Jeremy is a New England native who spent several years living in Europe for the entire 'cross season before recently shifting his focus back to the US scene. 2009 proved to be his best to date.
J Pows is also well known for bunny hopping barriers.

J Pows is going a lot better than he's getting credit for right now. But I do agree that he won't win Nationals. I think Portland was perfect for him, fast hard dry course. I think Bend will be too sloppy. Going over to Europe and then Worlds on the other hand... watch out!
