Note how much seatpost he has exposed yet, running a pretty average stem.
We tried a 650b shaved neo on the back of a 09 Scapel. The added, removable cross brace (for stiffness) would rub but could be modified or flipped pretty easlily I would think. It would make quite an amazing riding bike.
