Ultra Enduro Dyude visits Cantabrigian Mechanics in Medford, MA to get a seized bottom bracket removed from Adam Myerson's old Gunnar training bike.

Adam donated the bike to Boston's Roll It Forward Program. Eventually this bike will make its way into the hands of a low income Boston resident.
