For the average mountain bike fan, it would be easy to forget the name Mike Broderick. Scroll through the rankings for the US Pro XCT... you wont find his name. Yet over the years, Mike has consistently been one of the top US riders anywhere on the planet, most recently finishing third at the National Championships in 2007. His long stretches living abroad and focus on racing the entire World Cup Series means we in the States get little feedback on what he;s up to. Cyclingdirt correspondence Dave From Trailwatch.net caught up with Mike after the US Marathon National Championships this past weekend in Breckenridge, Colorado.
