Highlights from the 2012 Root 66 Series opener: Hop Brook Dam in Middlebury, Connecticut. Hop Brook has been an early season test of fitness for North East mountain bike racers for nearly ten years. All the fastest folks from New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut come together to butt heads and find out who's been logging more miles on the trainer or grinding away base miles in the cold.
