As a non-pro mountain bike racer, you may think the professionals are all sitting in there ritzy hotel rooms weighing out organic whole grains on their gram scale for breakfast. We caught up with Team Jamis' Adam Snyder, Rotem Ishai, and Seamus Mcgrath at The Waffle House in Pelham, Alabama for some good southern cooking.
