We caught up with Troy Wells down in New Jersey after a five day road stage race. Troy is down at sea level doing some high intensity training in preparation for the later half of this Mountain Bike season. The first half has seen Troy take some great results with a strong ride at the Mt. Tremblant Canada Cup and a career best finish at the Bump N' Grind Pro XCT.
