Men and women 27-31 must do 36. You must also be able to run 2 miles in 17:30 & 17:54 respectively. HOOAAH.

Carl Decker follows in the footsteps of such greats as Troy Wells and Ben Sonntag in competing in the Cyclingdirt Sit Up Challenge. Post race at the tenth round of the NACT finals on Long Island, he went after the record of 25 in 30 seconds. His superstar support crew included Cannondale's Jamey Driscoll and Olympian Lyne Bessette.
