The McNick, Lindine, Myerson battle is going to be on this weekend! Lindine was sick in Baystate and should be back on form. Dylan will be on fire and Myerson is getting back in to form. (remember he won this race last year.)

The better battle will be if powers and Driscoll both show! Can anyone confirm if either is racing? What about Luke Keough?

Watch out for Nick Weighall in LA this weekend. A UCI race winner and top 25 ranked rider the last couple seasons. U23 National Champion in 2008(?) He's been out for most of the season with back trouble but is rumored to be on the up. Has been living in CA so he should be there!

His teammate Cody Kaiser is also one to watch. Should be top 5.

So Heule beat Powers at the WC... how can you be sure it was powers who rode so poorly and not Heule who just had a great day?

What was Powers this weekend, like 35th? You don't think Tim could have done better than that? The last 10 weeks have been clearly Jeremy over Tim but this week I think it is obviously Tim. Give the man a moment in the spotlight for just a week! If there's going to be controversy, I think it should be Wells. Todd won a race too and raced all three days. If he could have been a little better on Sunday he'd probably have been #1 this week.

WTF is going on with Page? I keep seeing his tweets about 'figuring it out" but what is he figuring out? Illness? Injury? anyone know the story??

Is Jeremy Durrin the only US rider going over for the World Cup this weekend? Can we get a Durrin VS Page arm wrestle please!?

Great stuff. I defy anyone to watch the part when the "twins" join in the "One Win Tim" chant and not break up laughing! If you ever need a fourth person I suggest Anthony Clark...he would fit right in.

I am not sure that our USA Champion Todd Wells is getting the respect that he deserves. It is amazing that cross fans often dismiss him. Has anyone noticed that he too got one win last weekend AND raced all three days (unlike Tim). Todd is the person who pushed Jeremy almost to the brink at Louisville...and Todd did that after racing and winning La Ruta! He is right on track to win another national championship. He will quietly go off to drink margaritas in Mexico as he did last year. He gets 1% of the press and then beats you when it counts the most. He is currently America's most versatile racer, having won championships also in XC and STXC.
It was pretty impressive to see Teal Stetson-Lee best her team-mate Meredith. It was equally impressive (but totally expected) to see Meredith go 1,2,1 at Jingle Cross. I told her before the weekend that she "owns" that race.
If you are a friend of Dylan McNicholas, send him a message urging him to race in Bend. It might be good to lobby Cyclocrossworld.com while you are at it. Both he and Lindine could be amazing if they go tot race in the big leagues a bit more.
I agree with Brady that he got bashed a bit. It may be a good thing if his pride pushes him to improve. It would not be the first time this year that the Dirt rating have motivated someone. Jerome Townsend raced like he was possessed this past weekend after the Dirt called him out. But Brady should actually be rated in the mid-40's. His potential probably lies in the top 20 however.
You should do a chart of who has moved the most total positions UP and DOWN this year. It seems to me that Mo Bruno-Roy would be the winner of that category. The other interesting chart would be the average finishing position of racers based on dry vs. wet conditions.....in other words who is the number one "mudder" of them all.
Looks like Jamey Driscoll's nickname "The Dangler" may have to be retired.
Respect. Compton. Period. She will be just fine at Worlds. Marianne Vos may be the "future' but I am willing to bet that Katie wants this more.

Lindine will be on the way up for Nationals and I am predicting a big ride from him. If you look at most of his losses in the NE this year, they were on courses where the finish came down to a sprint. I think Madison will suit him well as he is from the cold mtns in NE and likes nasty conditions. Dylan McNick is also the real deal. I hope a pro program picks these guys up instead of picking up declining Euros....

Well hard to put Jeremy number 1 after loosing to last weeks number 25 Christian Huele at the WC. Ryan has been good and will be good when he comes back. Jamey had a great weekend as did Tim, but Tim won the C1 which is way bigger than Jamey's win on Friday. Using the 50/25/25 formula, it's pretty even between Tim and Jeremy. powers gets the 25 for season so far, Tim gets the 50 for last weekend, and I think they are even on 25 for what they'll do next few weeks. Bend will answer all!

Dylan McNick is the real deal! All that Lindine love early season... Where is it now that he's finishing 3rd??? Truth is they both need to be on Pro programs and doing the big races.

Killing me Colt. Beat Fawley and Marion fair and square Saturday in the mud fest. Bike problems Friday. Not off the back Sunday by any means. Yet they are still in the 40's and I drop 15 spots?!
