The 2012 Olympic MTB course preview. Katie Compton and Mark Legg-Compton made a trip to London this past month to spend a day pre-riding the Cross Country Mountain Bike course for the 2010 Olympic Games in London. Lucky for us they brought their camera!

That course is too perfect. The random, mini-rock sections are an interesting inclusions. The mt bike course for the 2012 Olympics should be held in Durango. They know what they're doing out West. Good luck, KC!

That is one pathetic example of a XC course. You mean they couldn't come up with something better? Looks like a CX course with a couple of rocks thrown in here and there. This course takes absolutely no Mountain Biking Skills whatsoever to ride.

Wow - Katie C and Sven Nys should have a good shot at the gold on this course. Will they be racing their CX bikes on the course. I cant imagine any pro is excited about this race and they will all be on 29ers with rigid forks skinny tires.
