Awesome interview Colt! I hope Katie and Sho-Air works out... They are a shipping company, no? Maybe they could ship her bikes around for free instead of flying with them? Just a thought..
I wish more racers would be honest like this. I think if more riders spoke openly about their sponsorship it would only create more awareness and more competition amongst the industry. Competition between companies means better deals for the riders... Makes sense why the companies triy to keep contract details hush hush...
Katie is awesome. It is so refreshing to hear a racer talk honestly about sponsorship, equipment and costs. She is the best and the brightest racer of her generation.
