Day Two Cyclocross World Championships: The 2010 UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships wrapped up Sunday in Tabor, Czech Republic with the elite men and women going at it despite frigid temperatures and a snow laden course. In the women’s race Meredith Miller (Fort Collins, Colo./Cal Giant) was the first American to cross the line 12th-place, while USA Cycling Cyclo-cross National Champion Tim Johnson (Middleton, Mass.Cannondale-Cyclocrossworld.com) was the first American across for the U23 squad in 14th. Twenty-three year-old Amy Dombowski (Boulder, Colo./Luna) also finished inside the top 20 at 14th in the women’s contest as did Jamey Driscol (Jericho, Vt./Cannondale-cyclocrossworld.com) at 19th in the men’s event....
