Danny Summerhill - why is he on this list? I am insterested to see how Timmerman progresses this season now that he is done being a mountain man. He previously was a regular top 10 at nationals and won the Verge Series more than once I believe.
Aside from being a world championship silver medalist in 'cross, Summerhill is on the list because he is racing cross this season and has been flying. He beat Berden a couple weeks ago in CO and won another local ACA race in CO this weekend. Coming into Ft. Collins and Boulder he is going to be a serious threat for the podium if not the win.

I'm with you on the Timmerman watch. If you look at the Who's #1 archives he was a regular in the top 10 rankings in 2010. He was Justin Lindine before Justin Lininde was Justin Lindine... The rest of the field has stepped it up since then though and it will be hard for him to reach top form in only his first season back. Let's see how he's going in Nov. I could see him winning a day at Bay State or NBX.
