This week on the dirt, we look at why Wisconsin is making everybody else look bad. Olympic hopefuls head to World Cup number three. And you've got a couple week's left to get your registration in for the best week of mountain biking this summer. Can you dig it!?

You couldn't of said it any better the future of US mountain biking is disappearing. We need involvement. We need more pros we need a youth program with lots of cash

I like the Root66 and EFTA races just the way they are. If they had thousands of racers, I wouldn't go - I just don't think we have the venues and capacity to handle that kind of volume. I'll pass on the singletrack conga lines, thank you.

Awesome as always. Here in So Cal we have an annual event - Idyllwild Spring Challenge. $1,000 for 1st place to Pro's men AND WOMEN, regardless of class size. Plus 3 KOM/QOM Primes. And no one shows up! Well, it was the biggest Pro women's field to date (8), including Xterra World Champion Lesley Paterson.

Thanks for the props, Colt! We're glad that Wisconsin is bringing it with enough style to be noticed here. We're especially glad that the tremendous support, skillz and kindness of mountain bikers in the Upper Midwest got a shout out. The WORS community and our amazing sponsors like Subaru and Trek have made it possible for WORS to focus on the same goal for 21+ years: safe, fun, high-quality competitive mountain bike racing for as many people as possible. We only wish we had the funds to truly justify your remarks about payout.
