I would first like to say, Zack your great and keep your head up your there!! Zack is one of the best kids racing and he and Danny are the bright future of US Cross. Competition is competition and if your not a little pissed you didn't win then are you really competing? He never said anything mean spirited he was just cold and wasnt about to say anything that he may have said without thinking it through.

@Everyone-

Guys, Zach was about 1 degree away from hypothermia when we did this. If he had stopped to talk, he would have morphed into a popsicle! Both Danny and Zach are the epitome of class. Go watch some more of his interviews and then try to imagine how you might feel after loosing the biggest race of the year that you feel you could have won.

I'd love to catch some of you guys outside your work after a bad day on the job and see how pleasant and willing to talk you are.

he just lost nationals and you interview him and expect him to be gracious?! Have you guys ever raced or competed? I admire the grit and how you could tell he was displeased. You don't compete to be a happy, or easy-going, loser.

I am sorry but if somebody is giving the time to interview you stop and give them the time of day. so unprofessional!!!!!!1

What a gracious loser. "He was panicking and elbowing me." Looked like he rode away from you and then you completely gave up with half a lap to go.

No personality...I guess that's how they raise them on Bainbridge Island, Washington!
