Two hours West of Boston, MA is the small city of Easthampton. Among the many cyclists that call this place home is Cyclocross extraordinaire Jeremy Powers, or J Pows if you will. After a long season, he's home for two weeks making his final preparation for the last European World Cup and the 2010 World Championships in the Czech Republic. I jumped skyhigh when I saw him dropping that branch onto the course! I was doing that here in Nashua NH in prep for Verge NECCCS (is that the proper number of C's?) finals in RI in Dec. Worked pretty well for me. Now I gotta go out and create my own course next season! Already schemin on where it could go.

Now there's a PRO. Shovels his own race course before he rides! So jealous of this lifestyle.
