Race footage and highlights from the Elite Men's race at the Boulder Cup in Colorado. Along with being a classic on the calendar, this race served as round number eight of the North American Cyclocross Trophy series. The winner today would eave the weekend with the series leader's jersey going in to the final two events.

The eighth round of the North American Cyclocross Trophy picked up today in Boulder, Colorado right where it left off in Longmont. While the course was anything but similar, the faces at the front of the race were all but identical. The Boulder reservior proved to be one of the most exciting race courses of the season both for racers and spectators alike. The men's race saw the return of Canadian champion Geoff Kabush, who missed Saturday's race in Longmont due to illness. The Canadian showed no signs of fatigue at the start, as he showed the entire rest of the field the back of his maple leaf jersey. Kabush's lead looked strong, but he inevitably fell victim to the Three Amigos from Cannondale/ Cyclocross World. As they've done weekend after weekend all season, the men in green and black took turns riding away from the field with authority. Powers went first, then Johnson, then Driscoll. The order shuffled when Powers miscalculated a bunny hop, leaving Johnson to take to win, followed by Jeremy and Jamey. Behind, Kabush led in the rest ahead of Jeremy Horgan-Kobelski in fith, Chris Jones in sixth, Danny Summerhill in seventh, and Carl Decker in eighth. NACT racing will resume Nov 21-22 in Log Island, New York. Brief Unoficial Results: Men: 1. Tim Johnson 2. Jeremy Powers 3. Jamey Driscoll 4. Geoff Kabush 5. Jeremy Horgan-Kobelski 6. Chris Jones 7. Danny Summerhill 8. Carl Decker
