The question gets raised every year: Why are we only sending "x" riders to worlds when we could be sending "y"? We sat down with Jeremy Horgan-Kobelski in New York to get the dirt on the situation. Take a listen for yourself and let us know what you think. Should we only send the best, or does everyone who wants a spot deserve one?

Great insight into the Jr Worlds selection! Thanks for asking some tough questions and thanks to JHK for sheading some light on them. I have an up and coming Jr racer that is looking to make the team in a few years. It seems counter productive not to take more of our top 6 or 7 Jr racers to worlds. If the top racers that do not make the top 2 or 3 spots are willing to pay their own way, we should allow them to go. How else are we going to get more top Jr racers this type of experience? |
