Round #3 of the US Pro XCT is in the books here in Alabama. Sid Taberlay and Catherine Pendrel walked away with the win while countless others leave with career bests, sun burns, and fond memories of the 2009 Bump N' Grind. The course here at Oak Mountain State Park in Pelham is like no other I've seen on the National Tour. It made for some entertaining racing and even better filming . The full length race video will be up later today. For now, here's a little something to get you in the mood.

looks more like a road race on mountian bikes. my sister could have ridden this "race course"
