That was Jason Sager from Team Jamis. He had a camera mounted on his bars and was jumping in behind the leader (Kabush) to do some filming. Same goes for Ty Kady on the Moto who was collecting some footage for Cyclingdirt.

He's some of that footage Sager was filming.

He was just sitting up there waiting for him. I didn't really notice him until he started riding so I have no idea what he was doing and I don't think he stayed on his wheel too long.
