This weekend I headed over to Washington D.C. to race in DCCX. I was doing the mens Cat 3/4 race. I warmed up my legs by preriding the courese about 4 times and just riding around. I started in the third row, which was kinda freaky with guys in front of you and guys merging everywhere. Woke early Saturday morning and drove up to Delaware, with my brother and dad. We had races at 10, 11, 12. My race was at 12 and it was my first B race of the year. Due to late regestration I started way in the back, and there were a couple crashes in front of me. Finally, when the pack got settled in I started to move up on the ridable muddy sections. One of the biigest races put on in the mid-atlanitc. I'm super exicited. I'll be doing the 12 o'clock race and it looks like right now it could muddy. It should be a lot of fun. Race Report coming soon.
6th place at Charm City. 3rd place at Ed Sander. 1st place at BCA and Kelley Acres. Next race Granogue (maybe). Adventures for the Cure: we are doing great this season. Adam Driscoll got 3rd place at BCA in the Elite mens field. Pat Blair finished 3rd at BCA and Kelley Acres in mens 3/4. Keith Rohr finished 2nd at BCA in master 3/4.
