SoCal High School Mountain Bike Race Series, Round #1 Vail Lake Challenge


TEMECULA, Calif. — Momentum continues to build in a big way for high school mountain bike racing, as was plainly evident at the opening round of the 2010 SoCal High School Cycling League Series. Now beginning its second season, a total of 164 student athletes representing 19 teams took to the roller coaster trails of Vail Lake Resort — a new attendance record and more than double the number of participants compared to the inaugural SoCal League event held at this same venue a year ago. H2O Overdrive Triple Crown-Bonelli Park Preview


On the eve of the inaugural H2O Overdrive Triple Crown opener at Bonelli Park, things are shaping up to be a fantastic event. The US Cup staff has been putting in the final touches on what has been hundred of man hours of re designing the Bonelli Park course. Google Maps Adds Bike Routes

With the click of a mouse, the new feature allows you to plot the best (and flattest!) ride from Point A to Point B. Several cities, including New York, Minneapolis, San Francisco and Portland, Oregon, have bike-specific mapping sites.
